What to look for upon purchase?
Upon receiving the goods, first check for any mechanical damage. After receiving and paying for the goods, submitting claims regarding appearance (or other non-functional aspects) will be much more difficult.
Can I return or exchange an item if it doesn't fit?
Yes, but only within the first 14 days, provided the product shows no signs of use or modifications. You must have your documents with you.
Exchanges, returns, and refunds are processed Monday through Friday from 08:00 to 17:00. If desired, you can use our delivery service (if the return is not due to the seller's fault, transport services will be subject to a fee).
What if there is a problem with the product?
If the warranty period for your product has not expired, please contact the service center that services this equipment, or call our service manager at the phone number listed in the Contacts section.
Service specialists will conduct an inspection and decide on further action: repair, replacement, or refund. Based on the inspection, you will receive a service center conclusion. If the issue cannot be resolved, the buyer will be refunded the full cost of the product.
