What to look for when buying?

After receiving the goods (from the courier or at the office), first of all, check for mechanical damage. After receiving and paying for the goods, it will be much more difficult to make claims regarding the appearance (and other, not related to the functional properties).

Make sure that the courier has given you all the necessary documents, first of all the receipt and warranty card. Without the coupon, you will not be able to receive warranty service. Put all the necessary signatures, and then keep the documents in a safe place. For some goods, the sales receipt is the warranty card.

Can I return or exchange a product if it doesn't suit me?

Yes, but only during the first 14 days and only if you haven't used it, i.e. the product has no signs of use or changes. This means that the computer's operating system should not be activated, there should be no additional software; you haven't talked on the phone; there is no dust in the vacuum cleaner, etc. The packaging with all components should be preserved. You must have a receipt or other document confirming payment.

Exchange or return of goods, funds is carried out at the address: Chernigov, Mira Ave. 53, office 565, Monday through Friday from 10:00 to 18:00 and Saturday from 10:00 to 15:00. Phones: (0462) 932-172. If you wish, you can use our delivery service (if the refusal of the goods is not due to the fault of the seller, transportation services will be paid).

What to do if there are problems with the product?

If the warranty period for your product has not yet expired, contact the service center servicing this equipment or call our office service manager: (0462) 932-172.

The center's specialists will conduct an examination and decide on further actions: repair, exchange or refund. Based on the results of the examination, you will receive a conclusion from the service center. If the problem is not resolved, the buyer will receive a full refund for the product.

Please note that replacement of expensive and technically complex products (computers, washing machines, refrigerators, etc.) is carried out only in the presence of significant defects, in which the product can no longer be used for its intended purpose.

When is the warranty not valid?

By law, the warranty is invalid in the following cases:

  • any protective signs of the manufacturer or seller are damaged: stickers, labels, holograms, seals, etc.;
  • serial numbers on the products or their markings do not correspond to the information specified in the warranty card;
  • the products were repaired by unauthorized persons in violation of the manufacturer's requirements and safety standards;
  • defects are caused by changes due to the use of the product for a purpose that does not correspond to the established scope of application of this product, specified in the operating manual;
  • the product is damaged or has failed due to a violation of the rules and conditions of installation, connection, adaptation to local tech. terms of the buyer, operation, storage and transportation;
  • the equipment is damaged as a result of natural disasters, fires, floods, earthquakes, household factors and other situations beyond the control of the seller;
  • the product has pronounced mechanical and/or electrical damage resulting from any actions of the buyer or third parties;
  • damage occurred due to foreign objects, substances, liquids, insects or animals getting inside the product;
  • defects are caused by the use of consumables that do not meet operating requirements;
  • a service representative noticed the use of abnormal modes or operating parameters of the equipment or its components (frequencies, voltages, etc.);
  • the equipment was damaged as a result of the use of low-quality and/or faulty (in particular mechanically damaged), or non-standard removable media;
  • defects are caused by the formation of excess on the heating elements layer of scale.
